How long does setup take?
Setup is easy and takes about one minute per OIO Bulb. Be sure to read the installation guide before starting – following the recommended steps will make sure your experience is smooth and successful.
How does OIO Bulb support my circadian rhythm?
OIO Bulb helps your body stay on a healthy “sleep-wake” schedule. During the day, it gives off bright blue wavelengths – just like sunlight – to help you feel awake and alert. But at night, it removes those colors because they tell your brain it’s still daytime. Regular lights and screens use the same kind of light your body uses to wake up, which can make it hard to fall asleep.
