Day Mode light contains enough energy in the Critical Circadian Wavelengths (440-495nm) to signal to your circadian system that it’s daytime at normal indoor lighting levels. Evening Mode light removes those wavelengths, ensuring you can easily get to sleep when needed. When you turn on your lights at night, Night Mode light removes a wider range of wavelengths to avoid any stimulation of your circadian system when adapted to the dark.
