OIO is the first circadian-aligned light technology engineered for human health and performance. Unlike traditional or smart LED bulbs, OIO dynamically adjusts its light spectrum throughout the day to support your natural biology—energizing you during the day and supporting restful sleep at night.

Light is Your Power Source — Fuel it Wisely
Day

OIO’s Day Mode replicates the sun’s natural blue-enriched light, signaling your body to stay awake.
Evening

OIO’s Evening Mode mimics nature’s post-sunset transition with the absence of blue light to promote sleep.
Day

OIO’s Day Mode replicates the sun’s natural blue-enriched light, signaling your body to stay awake and in sync with its circadian rhythm, just as humans have evolved to experience daytime light.

Evening

OIO’s Evening Mode mimics nature’s post-sunset transition by eliminating mistimed blue light, preserving the darkness your body expects while still providing comfortable illumination.

Making the Invisible — Visible
OIO Loop acts as a spectral sniffer, making hidden wavelengths visible. Loop reveals the full spectrum during the day and confirming the absence of blue light at night.

FAQ
Still Have Questions? We’ve Got Answers.
What is OIO, and how is it different from traditional lightbulbs?
What’s included in my OIO order?
Your order includes OIO Bulb (A19 or BR30 model), OIO Loop, an installation guide and access to our free OIO App available for download on Apple or Android.
How do I install the OIO Bulb?
- Simply screw the OIO Bulb into any standard E26 socket.
- Once powered on, download OIO App to complete setup and customization.
What is OIO Loop?
OIO Loop is a handheld device that makes the invisible spectral energy around you, visible. OIO Loop acts as a spectral sniffer, making these hidden wavelengths visible.
How does OIO Loop work with OIO Bulb and OIO App?
OIO Loop can show you what spectrum OIO Bulb is emitting based on the settings in OIO App.
Here’s how:
- Hold OIO Loop at an angle while directing it at OIO bulb.
- Observe the rainbow stretched along the length of the lens.
What will I see when I look at OIO Bulb with OIO Loop?
- In the daytime, you should see bright blue close to the green area.
- In the evening, there shouldn’t be any blue near the green, but OIO Bulb will show violet after a large gap with the green area.
- This violet light can appear more blue than you expect. The placement of the light in the rainbow will show you the approximate wavelength, so a larger gap will tell you this is violet.
