Limited Warranty Policy
Effective Date: June 30, 2025
Korrus(“Company”, “we” or “us”) offers certain limited warranties on products that are manufactured by Company (each an “Product” and collectively “Products”), as described in this Limited Warranty Policy (the “Warranty”). The applicable Warranty is valid and enforceable only if you purchased a new Product from us via one or more website(s) we operate (the “Site”). Do not use a Product until you have read the terms of this Policy. Coverage. This Warranty is your exclusive remedy for defective workmanship or materials in any Products. During the applicable “Warranty Coverage Period” as reflected in the table below, Company warrants that our Products will (i) be free from defects in materials and workmanship which cause such Products to fail to operate in accordance with its performance specifications as they exist at the time of shipment, and (ii) will conform to and perform in accordance with the published design specifications for such Products in effect on the date of shipment (“Warranted Functionality”).
Warranty Service. If you start a warranty claim and we confirm that your Product does not perform according to its Warranted Functionality, we’ll replace or repair (in our discretion). We may replace or repair it using new, refurbished, or remanufactured hardware and materials (in our discretion). If we replace or repair your Product, we warrant that the replacement or repaired Product will be materially free of faulty materials or workmanship for the remainder of your original Warranty Period. This Warranty does not include, and Company will not be responsible for, any other costs or expenses, including, without limitation, any costs or expenses of removal, reinstallation of the Product, labor costs, or administrative costs, regardless of the cause or how incurred. No Transfers. This Warranty is solely for you as the original end-user of your Product. You cannot assign or transfer this Warranty to anyone, including a subsequent purchaser, friend, or family member. Items Outside of this Warranty. Except as expressly set forth herein, this Warranty does not cover (and Company is not responsible for):

- Excluded Products, which include (a) resold Products, (b) Products not purchased directly from us or one of our authorized retailers, or [(c) software (including the firmware) or connectivity, including, without limitation, any issues with using such Products in connection with our mobile application].
- Misuse of Products, which includes (a) damage to the Product or loss of the Product resulting from an accident, theft, improper storage, misuse or abuse, mishandling, neglect, physical or electric modifications, exposure to water or other liquids or chemicals, exposure to moisture, exposure to extreme conditions (e.g., heat, dirt or sand), (b) damage caused by installation and/or use not in compliance with the specifications for the applicable Product, including, without limitation, if the Product is used at any time in an environment or operating range, or subjected to electrical values, in excess of those specified in such Product’s performance specifications, (c) damage due to acts of God, fire, extreme weather, floods, tornados, hurricanes, war or other Force Majeure Events, or (d) damage caused during handling or transit. We presume any cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches) resulted from misuse, abuse, or failure to operate the Product as instructed.
- Wear and Tear of Products, which includes damage resulting from normal wear and tear, unless occurring due to defective workmanship or materials in the hardware of your Product.
- Customers wishing to start a warranty claim must first contact Company’s Customer Service at 855-OIO-BULB or OIOcare@korrus.com.
- A Company support representative will assist you with any issues and help make an initial assessment whether your Product qualifies for repair or replacement under this Warranty.
- A Company support representative may provide you with a return material authorization (“RMA”) number and provide you with additional instructions regarding returning your Product to Company for inspection.
- Once received by Company, Company will make a final determination as to whether your Product qualifies for repair or replacement under this Warranty. If your Product is not eligible for repair or replacement in accordance with this Warranty, Company may offer to repair or replace your Product, subject to applicable fees.
